We aim to make a positive contribution to people, the environment and society. That is why our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) policy forms the basis of everything we do. Sustainability and diversity are key to this.<br><br>ECFG is actively involved in social welfare initiatives in the Brainport region. For example, we support the good work of <a href=\"https:\/\/ecfg.nl\/en\/in-beweging-voor-het-goede-doel-bullshift\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bullshift<\/a> by contributing our knowledge, experience and network. We also support the charities <a href=\"https:\/\/brainporteindhoven.com\/nl\/ontdek\/wat-is-brainport-eindhoven\/brainport-voor-elkaar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Brainport voor Elkaar<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wesupportstichting.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stichting WE-support<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-transform:uppercase\"><strong>our sustainability policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sustainability is a common theme in all our activities and investment decisions. For example, through training courses, expert sessions and annual sustainability reports. To achieve it, we work towards concrete goals, such as supporting female entrepreneurs and creating a diverse Supervisory Board. We also help our participations develop an effective diversity strategy.
