ECFG has supported Flexotels – a provider of flexible and modular accommodations for, among others, events and temporary housing – in the acquisition of Kapitent, a specialist in high-quality (semi-)permanent tent structures and accommodations. With this step, Flexotels strengthens its position in the market and continues to build on its growth ambitions.
