For Promax, the takeover is a logical step. It is strengthening its activities with this takeover by adding an attractive customer set and a qualified ICT team to its activities. Leon Rodenburg and his team have built up an excellent reputation over the years. They have thus built up a loyal customer base. The former director of Rodenburg ICT Solutions, Leon Rodenburg, will take on the role of Service Delivery Manager within Promax. This is seen as an enrichment of the Promax team.
