Hans is an investor/consultant with strong skills in business analysis from a financial perspective combined with a strategic scope in various aspects (operational, administrative, management, etc.) of an SME company.
He combines his analytical skills with an education and experience in economics and law, a practical attitude and remarkable creativity in finding solutions balanced against risk and feasibility.
Ruben has a fascination for development and growth processes in small and medium-sized companies. He combines strong (financial) analytical skills with more than 15 years of investment and corporate finance experience.
He is driven by long-term success for all parties involved in the (financing of the) company. Over the years, he has gained a broad complementary experience and network in all kinds of financing instruments and aspects of deal making, such as valuation, due diligence, risk assessment and transaction execution.

Our history
Hans Bloemen and Ruben Baijens founded ECFG in 2007 under the name Eindhoven Corporate Finance Group. Their ambition was to help promising entrepreneurs grow with knowledge, capital and the right contacts.
We have since helped hundreds of companies to accelerate their growth. Over that time, we have also grown ourselves. With a unique combination of corporate finance, venture capital and investment services, we have established a strong position in the Brainport region and far beyond. We are also proud of our investment funds. Our third fund, launched in 2023, has a size of €40 million and is in full swing.
Since 2021, ECFG has been located on the Vestdijk, in the center of Eindhoven.
